Bio
Grace graduated with an honors degree in psychology and worked in the civil service and a military research institute in Singapore. Her work in the civil service involved the application of psychometrics both in the selection and assessment of personnel, as well as in the design and conducting of research in organizational development. At the research institute, her work with the Singapore Armed Forces required her skills in the conceptualization of study design, data management and analyzes, as well as presenting research findings. Grace is currently a doctoral student in the applied experimental and human factors psychology program at the University of Central Florida. Her dissertation is enhancing performance in a human robot team by managing workload through a closed-loop system. The research involves developing a workload model that is based on physiological workload measures. Other research interests include decision making processes and measures, vigilance performance and individual differences.
